Paul McCartney To Be "SNL's" Christmas Show Musical Guest
Paul McCartney is returning to "Saturday Night Live." The former Beatle has been tapped to be the musical guest for the NBC sketch comedy show's upcoming Christmas episode. With his fourth "SNL" appearance the rock legend will be supporting his recently released iTunes exclusive "Kisses on the Bottom - Complete Kisses." The 31-track set features the material from McCartney's album "Kisses on the Bottom" and his concert film "Live Kisses," along with four bonus songs including his new recording of "The Christmas Song." "SNL" alum Martin Short will serve as host of the Christmas show, which will air on NBC on December 15th.
A week earlier, on December 8th, "SNL" will welcome "Django Unchained" star Jamie Foxx, who'll be taking his second turn as host. That episode will also feature Ne-Yo, who'll be making his debut as "SNL's" musical guest.
